Connect Facebook Messenger to Mevrik
Connect your Facebook Pages so your AI agent can answer Messenger conversations and your team can take over from the Mevrik inbox.

Connect a Facebook Page and your AI agent answers the messages people send to that Page on Messenger.
Messenger and Instagram DMs use the same Facebook sign-in, so they share one card on the Channels page. To connect Instagram too, see Connect Instagram.
Before you start
You need:
- A Facebook account that manages the Page you want to connect.
- A Mevrik account with the Owner or Admin role. Other roles can see the page but can't connect.
Connect a Page
- In Mevrik, go to Settings → Channels.
- In the Meta group, find the Messenger & Instagram DM card (its subtitle is One Facebook sign-in) and click Connect.
- A Facebook window opens. Sign in with the account that manages your Pages and grant Mevrik the permissions it asks for.
- The Connect Facebook Pages dialog opens. It lists your Pages, with one row per channel you can connect. Find your Page's Messenger row and click Connect.
- The button shows Connecting…, then Connected. You'll also see a message such as "Your Page name — Messenger connected".
- Click Done.
You can connect more Pages from the same dialog. Click Connect on each row you want.
Confirm it works
- On the Messenger & Instagram DM card, click the connected count.
- Your Page appears with the Active badge.
- Send a message to your Page from another Facebook account. The conversation appears in your inbox.
Reconnect
If a Page shows Expiring soon, Token expired or Disconnected, click Reconnect and go through the Facebook sign-in and Page list again.
Disconnect
- Open the list on the Messenger & Instagram DM card.
- Click Disconnect next to the Page, then confirm. You'll see "Messenger disconnected".
Your AI agent stops answering on that Page immediately. Existing conversations stay in your inbox.
Troubleshooting
"No connectable channels found" The dialog says: "Make sure your Facebook account manages a Page, then try connecting again." Sign in with the Facebook account that manages the Page.
"Meta connection failed" The Facebook window was closed or the sign-in didn't finish. Click Connect and try again.
"Failed to start Meta connection" Try again in a moment.
"Couldn't load your Facebook Pages" Mevrik signed you in but couldn't get your Page list. Try again.
"Failed to connect page" Mevrik couldn't connect that Page. Click Retry on its row. If a row shows its own message in red, follow what it says.
"Meta signup requires a secure (HTTPS) connection" Open the console on its normal secure address and try again.
"Failed to disconnect Messenger" Try again in a moment.
