Connect Google Calendar so your AI agent can check availability and book demos and meetings directly from a conversation. Every calendar write is confirmed with the customer first.
Before you start
You need:
- A Google account with the calendar you want to book into.
- A Mevrik account with the Owner or Admin role. Other roles can see the card but can't connect.
Connect your calendar
- In Mevrik, go to Settings → Mevrik Connect.
- On the Google Calendar card, click Connect.
- You're taken to Google. Sign in and approve access.
- You're brought back to Settings → Mevrik Connect, and you'll see "Google Calendar connected."
Confirm it works
The Google Calendar card shows a Connected badge and the Google account you connected. Click Configure to see the Connected account.
Disconnect
- On the Google Calendar card, click Configure.
- Click Disconnect. You'll see "Google Calendar disconnected."
Troubleshooting
"Couldn't start Google Calendar connection. Please try again." Mevrik couldn't send you to Google. Try again in a moment.
"Couldn't connect Google Calendar. Please try again." You came back from Google but the connection didn't complete. Try again.
"Couldn't disconnect Google Calendar. Please try again." Try again in a moment.
The Connect button is greyed out You need the Owner or Admin role.
