Create your workspace and meet your AI agent

Sign up for Mevrik, verify your email, and let setup build your first AI agent from your website. Takes about five minutes and needs no card.

Sign up, give Mevrik your website, and it builds your first AI agent for you. At the end you get a live link and a QR code you can share straight away.

Before you start

You need:

  • A work email address. Personal addresses (such as Gmail, Outlook or iCloud) and .edu addresses aren't supported.
  • Your website address, or a few documents about your business (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT or CSV) if you don't have a site yet.

Signing up is free. The sign-up screen says "Free for 14 days · No card · Cancel anytime".

Sign up

  1. Open the Mevrik sign-up page.
  2. Continue with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Meta, or enter your work email and a password of at least 8 characters.
  3. Click Create account.
  4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code, enter it on the Check your email screen, and click Verify email. When it works you see "Email verified · setting up your workspace".

If you used a social sign-in, you skip the password and continue to setup.

Tell Mevrik about your business

  1. On What's your website?, enter your site address, for example https://yourbusiness.com. Your AI teammate learns your business from it.
  2. No website? Click Skip — I'll upload docs instead. Drop in your files or click to browse, up to 10 MB each. Click Add more files to add more.
  3. Under What would you like to call your AI teammate?, type a name, or click one of the suggestions: Aria, Bex, Orion, Nova or Sage.
  4. Click Build my teammate.

Mevrik now builds your agent. You'll see Building your AI teammate… with three steps: Reading your website…, Processing your documents… and your agent's name being prepared. When it's done you see "[name] is ready for their first day."

If Mevrik can't build your agent from your website or documents, you see "Couldn't build from your sources." Tell Mevrik your Business name and Industry, add an optional description, then click Build my AI teammate.

Meet your AI agent

  1. On Meet your hire, you can rename your agent and under Choose a face pick one of the avatars or upload your own. Click Continue.
  2. On Contract of Work, read what your agent will do. Click any line to edit it, then Save:
    • My role: your own role in the business.
    • What I can do: the skills your agent has. Turn them on or off, then click Done.
    • What I know: the knowledge sources found from your website or documents. You can't edit this line here. Add more later in AI Knowledge.
    • My tone: Friendly, Professional, Direct or Empathetic, and a language style: UK English, US English, Australian English or International.
    • When I can't help: choose to raise a ticket for your human team, transfer to a live agent, or email you and keep the customer warm.
  3. Click Start their first day. To change how the chat widget looks first, click Customise more first.

On the customise screen you can set your widget's Brand colour, Corner style, Shadow, Borders and Font. A live preview updates as you edit. Click Launch — start their first day when you're ready. You can change all of this later.

Your agent is live

The last screen shows Your Shareable Agent URL, a QR code and buttons to Copy the link, Share via WhatsApp, Download QR or Email link. Open the link or scan the code and chat with your agent. You're their first customer, and the conversation appears in your inbox.

Click Enter Mission Control to go to the console home.

What to do next

Mission Control lists your next setup steps as to-dos: Connect a channel, Invite your team, Try your first question, enable your agent's powers (such as Shopify or a calendar), and Add more knowledge. Good first moves:

  1. Install Mevrik Messenger on your website.
  2. Invite your team.
  3. Add knowledge so your agent has more to answer from.
  4. Test your agent before you share it widely.

Troubleshooting

"An account with this email already exists." You already have an account. Go to Sign in instead. If you forgot your password, reset it from the sign-in page.

"This email is registered via Google/Microsoft. Use social login." Sign in with the Google or Microsoft button instead of a password.

"Please use your work email — personal addresses aren't supported." Use an address on your company's own domain.

"Incorrect code. Please try again." Re-enter the 6-digit code. Click Didn't get it? Resend code to get a new one. You can ask again after 30 seconds.

"You've requested too many codes. Please wait a few minutes." Wait a few minutes, then request a new code.

"This signup expired. Please sign up again." Start again from the sign-up page.

"Please enter a valid website URL (e.g. yourcompany.com)" Enter your site address, for example yourcompany.com.

"Please upload at least one file." You chose to upload documents. Add at least one file, or click ← Use a website URL instead.
