Connect Microsoft Calendar so your AI agent can check availability and book demos and meetings directly from a conversation. Every calendar write is confirmed with the customer first.
Before you start
You need:
- A Microsoft account with the calendar you want to book into. To include Teams meeting links, use a Microsoft 365 work account with Teams enabled.
- A Mevrik account with the Owner or Admin role. Other roles can see the card but can't connect.
Connect your calendar
- In Mevrik, go to Settings → Mevrik Connect.
- On the Microsoft Calendar card, click Connect.
- You're taken to Microsoft. Sign in and approve access.
- You're brought back to Settings → Mevrik Connect, and you'll see "Microsoft Calendar connected."
Confirm it works
The Microsoft Calendar card shows a Connected badge and the account you connected. Click Configure to see the Connected account.
If the account can't create Teams meeting links, the card says so: bookings are still created in Outlook with the right time and attendees, but without a join link. This usually means a personal Microsoft account, or a work account without a Teams licence.
Disconnect
- On the Microsoft Calendar card, click Configure.
- Click Disconnect. You'll see "Microsoft Calendar disconnected."
Troubleshooting
